CORNBREAD COOKIE: A cornmeal cookie base mixed with corn kernels and filled with a hot honey buttercream. (Buttercream is not spicy, touch a touch of mild heat flavor)
BOURBON PECAN PIE COOKIE: A caramel cookie base filled with bourbon pecan pie filled and topped with candied pecan pieces.
PUMPKIN CRANBERRY COOKIE: A pumpkin cookie base mixed with white chocolate chips and filled with a cranberry jam.
