When do we ship?

We ship on the Monday-Wednesday after your order has been placed.

Shipping timeframe

We primarily ship USPS priority (2-3 business days). Be prepared for shipping delays due to the holidays. We bake our cookies to order so your cookies will arrive ready to eat even if there is a delay.

Pickup at Ellipsis Coffeehouse (Chicago)

We offer local pickup at our cafe location Ellipsis Coffeehouse (1259 W Devon Ave, Chicago, IL, 60660). We drop off orders at the cafe Monday-Wednesday. You will receive an email or text from our team with details on what time your order will be ready the day before your scheduled pick up. Please do not show up without contact from our team.
